Congratulations to the Narrabri Blue Boars who took out their second Central North Rugby premiership in as many years on Saturday.
The Blue Boars defeated the Moree Bulls 30 -20 in the Grand Final played at Moree’s Weebolla Oval.
Santos ambassador, Wallaby legend Tim Horan, was on hand to present the shield to Blue Boars captain, Matthew Schwager. Blue Boar Henry Curtin was named player of the match.

The Grand Final win topped off a great season for the Blue Boars which saw them finish top of the league.
Santos has been a proud sponsor of the Blue Boars for several years and for the past two years has also been the major sponsor of the Central North Rugby Union.
Thanks to all the players, coaches, officials and volunteers involved with the CNRU who worked so hard throughout the season.
